Recent Illegal MAS Activities
MAS continues to perform construction without proper permits or inspections. The Harris County inspector Lee Hobratschk has acknowledged on several occasions that MAS is not permitted and are proceeding in a disorderly and hazardous fashion yet will not bring charges against them in the County Court as prescribed by law and as explained by Mr. Hobratschk. He explained that he tries to give everyone the benefit of doubt and to assist them in doing things the right way. However, the complaints have being pouring in to his office for over two years for repeated offenses.
